Account Security Controls

Your account is protected by password authentication and, optionally, a one-time PIN sent to your registered mobile number. We do not store your Paytm or PhonePe credentials — payments are processed through the respective provider's secure gateway.

Data Retention Limits

We do not hold your personal data longer than necessary. Once an account is permanently closed, non-financial data is deleted within 30 days. Payment records linked to UPI or other rails are kept for the period required by applicable regulation.

Right to Access and Correct

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account at any time. If any detail is inaccurate — your name, address or contact number — you can ask us to correct it and we will do so within five working days.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (such as UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe) strictly to complete your transaction, and with fraud-detection services where required. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
